Go Back to Nature (Before You Lose Yourself)
When everything feels like too much - the world, the noise,
the thoughts that won’t quiet - there is one place that has
always known how to bring you back to yourself:
Nature.
Not as an escape. As a return.
This video is for the moments when you can’t hear your own
thoughts. When your heart feels far away. When even your
own presence feels distant.
Put your back against a tree. Step into the ocean. Walk into
the forest until the noise of the world cannot find you.
Stay long enough and something begins to clear.
Because here is what nature quietly reveals when you return
to it:
Nothing out there is trying to be anything other than what it
is. The tree is not improving itself. The ocean is not planning
its future. The flowers are not competing with each other.
And out there, no one is asking you to be anything either.
You were never separate from nature. You were only ever
separate from yourself.
This is your reminder to return.
